I am a Sacramento based yoga practitioner, yoga teacher, breathing and meditation guide. I value yoga as a way to define my muscles and balance my energy. I teach weekly power yoga classes which combine dynamic movement, music and stillness in held postures. I enjoy getting to know students through conversations about their wellness goals in a personalized way to create clarity on an appropriate yoga regimen.
