Angie Fraley is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She began her yoga practice while pregnant with her first child 12 years ago. Since that time, she has explored as many variations of yoga as possible. After diving into an intense year long 500 hour Advanced Yoga Studies and Training Program, she found comfort in the mental dicipline yoga had to offer and began teaching in 2009. Always up for a challenge, Angie looks for ways to help her students bring their attention back to the present moment during class. This yoga tool is used to encourage classroom practice into daily living where an extraordinary life can be made out of ordinary moments simply by noticing that what we have is already enough. Her love of people fuels her classes to incorporate lively music, a sense of humor, a bit of challenge, and play. You can find out more about Angie's teachings and classes at www.om2yoga.com
