I am a lifelong athlete who retired from my corporate job in 2018 to pursue my passion for fitness, yoga, and overall health and wellness. I took my first yoga teacher training in the summer of 2019. I became certified to teach in August 2019 and my passion for blending that discipline with my lifelong love of strength training took off. Yoga is my favorite outlet because it has the ability to be whatever you need it to be in that moment; it can be restorative, it can be athletic, it can connect your body and mind, and it can ease your soul. I’m on a journey now to share my discoveries about this amazing form of movement with you.
