Before yoga I was not living my truest good and happiness. Yoga allowed me to finally slow down and look inward; it gave me space to unravel everything, and celebrate everything from highest joy to the toughest challenges. I am forever a student of yoga and continue to take opportunities to learn from other teachers. Yoga has the ability to repair and educate us on what the body needs: be it to open, strengthen, calm or energize. I am so grateful for the opportunity to teach and I am passionate about sharing it with it as many people as possible. I am continuously studying further, while my passion is in anatomy-based learning!
I completed my 200 hour certification in 2010 and a 300 hour professional teacher training soon after. I have completed over 3000 hours of teaching time for the E-RYT Yoga Alliance recognition. I am a primarily a Power Vinyasa instructor, but also have training in combining yoga with strength training via Bootcamp-style classes, and in Restorative.
