Chrissy teaches classes to students of all levels. We work hard, smile often and breathe deeply. Bringing people together to practice yoga has quickly become Chrissy's passion, along with horses, family, seeking adventure and being outdoors. She founded Grateful Yoga (the studio + brand) in 2014 and launched Rise + Vibe in 2019. Her newest venture includes a virtual yoga club, worldwide retreats/trainings and consultation for yoga teachers, studios, retreat centers, etc. Her classes are dynamic with an accessible and inclusive teaching style.

Christine Lefavour is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
