Dallas: November Community Meet-Up

On November 14, 2014, Yoga Alliance® hosted a Meet-Up in Dallas at the Hilton Anatole with our board Chair, Brandon Hartsell; Chief Operating Officer, Barbara Dobberthien; and Senior Operations and Member Services Manager, Jackie Gray. The Meet-Up presented an ideal opportunity for the local yoga community to not only make new connections with fellow Dallas-area yogis but to get valuable one-on-one time with YA staff. Attendees were eager to share their ideas, offer feedback and ask questions about how the organization can continue to support their needs. By all accounts, the event was success – more than 30 local Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®s) and Registered Yoga School (RYS®) Owners attended the community event.

Our next Community Meet-Up is scheduled for March 30, 2015 in Los Angeles, CA at the LAX Marriott. Yoga Alliance board of directors members and staff will host this Meet-Up, and just like our event in Dallas, it’s free to attend!
