I am a Yoga teacher and mental health counselor; I’ve trained extensively, in the art and philosophy of Yoga and my licensure in mental health counseling accompanies me to guide my students towards a healthier and meaningful life style. My work involves combining Eastern (Yoga) and Western (Counseling) philosophy to connect the mind, body, and spirit as one so equilibrium can be maintained in everyday life. I utilize Hatha Yoga,Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga to help unravel unhealthy physiological habits. I provide Ayurveda education for deeper understanding of the physical and metaphysical body; and Psychodynamic, Logotherapy, and Humanistic Approach are counseling modalities I use that add mindful perspective and insight towards a fulfilling life.
