Originally from Germany, I have been teaching and studying yoga for 22 years. With over 2.000 hours of formal training, I have a strong foundation in both classical yoga teachings and innovative alternative techniques.
I focuses on the healing and therapeutic aspects of yoga and empower my students to be in charge of their own health and well-being; physically, mentally and emotionally.
In 2016 I was acknowledged by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) as a certified yoga therapists and now work mostly with individuals.
I was also trained and certified as a Stress Management Educator, a Shiatsu and a Reiki II Practitioner.
Personally and in my work I draw inspiration from the yogic tradition, Western Psychology, the latest understanding of modern Neuroscience and from the work of Dr. Gabor Mate.
I offers a unique blend of the various branches of yoga, stress reducing techniques and hands-on-body and energy work to empower students to move towards greater health, resilience and purpose.
