Alex Tu Le is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). As a former athlete and project manager, sport injuries and health issues have hindered his quality of life. Now, as an aspiring Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP), he serves as an accountability partner cultivating practice with breathwork and mindfulness.
