Meet GG (Genevieve Guadalupe), an experienced and registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. With her RYT200 and RYT500 certifications, she has honed her skills and expertise in various forms of yoga including Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Sound Healing, Nidra, Thai Yoga Massage, and Level Two Reiki Practitioner.

GG has been practicing yoga for over a decade and loves to share her practice with others. Her passion for yoga began when she discovered its transformative effects on her physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

GG’s style is gentle, yet powerful, and she has an intuitive understanding of her students’ individual needs. She believes that yoga is a way of life and seeks to guide her students towards greater self-awareness, inner peace, and mindfulness through her classes.

In addition to teaching regular classes, GG also leads workshops internationally, where she shares her knowledge and experience with students from all around the world. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, making her workshops accessible to a wider audience.

GG is also a certified Level Two Reiki Practitioner and incorporates energy work and sound healing into her classes, offering a unique and holistic approach to her teaching. Her Thai Yoga Massage sessions are also highly sought after, and she offers private sessions to help her students achieve a deeper level of relaxation and rejuvenation.
