Elizabeth was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, where she developed a deep appreciation for art, culture, and the power of connecting with others. It was during her time as a student at Texas Christian University that she discovered her true passion for yoga and its transformative effects.
Beyond her personal practice, Elizabeth is a dedicated advocate for the awareness and destigmatization of mental health and suicide. Through her work, Elizabeth strives to create spaces where individuals feel supported, nurtured, and empowered to prioritize their psychological well-being. Elizabeth also holds an unwavering passion for giving a voice to animals in need through donations, volunteering, and promoting adoption.
Elizabeth obtained her 200-Hr., RCYT at The Yoga Project School of Yoga in Denton, Texas, where she honed her teaching skills and delved into the depths of yogic philosophy and human anatomy in relation to the asanas. She is currently enrolled in a 95-Hour Children’s Registered Yoga Teacher certification program that will be completed in 2024.
