Cami acknowledges the wise teachings, ancient traditions and Indian origins of Yoga. She pays her deepest respect to her teachers and teachers of her teachers. It is with the utmost respect, love and gratitude that she shares these teachings in this community with a Universal approach aiming to be accesible to all.
She commenced her studies in 2017 at Rishikul Yogshala, India where she completed a 200 hrs teacher training. This School follows Indian traditional teachings, Iyengar Yoga principals for approaching physical and mental wellbeing and the holistic path of Swami Satyananda's Bihar School of Yoga practice.
Since then, she completed a 800 hrs Certificate in Yoga teaching, 500hrs in Purna Yoga, 50 hrs in Yin and 50 hrs in Restorative Yoga.
Additionally, she participated in an Ayurveda diagnosis and lifestyle practices course.
