I practice yoga since 2010 and have completed my 200hrs training in July 2020 at YogaWorks. Prior to that, I have been a professional dancer, with 20 years of practice, studying various technique such as Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, Body-Mind Centering® and Contact Improvisation that gave me an intimate knowledge of my body and how we move.
My practice focuses on breaths, chakras, alignment.
- I work individually with older students, and injured students.
- I teach children, offering introduction to meditation in playful classes.
- I teach teenagers, focusing on mindfulness, wellbeing and relaxation.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I am open to teach for charity, online teaching, in-person private sessions, and regular studio.
