Amanda started regularly practicing yoga after running a half-marathon and feeling a disconnection between what was happening in her body and in her head. On her mat, she found a space that made her feel strong, focused, and in tune with what was happening both internally and externally. Amanda brings a sense of playfulness and movement to her vinyasa practice and students can expect to complete her class feeling grounded, centered, and light. In April 2019, she graduated from the South Boston Yoga Teacher Training Program, taught by Todd Skoglund and David Vendetti. Amanda is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
