Anne Anderson is a yoga & meditation teacher and a professional ski instructor of America at Vail. She is the Founder of SNOWGA - Yoga in the Snow. This is a mindful practice where one connects to Nature in winter and to your own inner Nature. It's also a revolutionary method to improve skills on the slopes through the wisdom of yoga.
Anne has taught yoga and meditation to diverse populations including snow sport enthusiasts, children, adults, journalists, and senior's chair yoga. She teaches gentle yoga & meditation classes at the Shaw Cancer Center in Edwards, Colorado.
Anne believes that Spiritual practices provide a life path to self-discovery, self-nurturing, and self-healing.
