Ria Nieboer (E-RYT 200, RYT500, YACEP, C-IAYT, LMSW, CAADC, ADS) is an embodied movement/yoga practitioner & educator and Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist who finds joy in guiding students in intuitive and mindful, breath-centered, trauma-informed, embodied yoga practice. She has completed specialized training such as Yoga of 12-Step Recovery (Y12SR) and Prison Yoga Project. She has completed 900hrs with Phoenix Rising Yoga School for C-IAYT.
Ria is a fully licensed Master’s level mental health counselor who specializes in EMDR, complex trauma healing, attachment, mindfulness, dissociation, compassion fatigue, and care for pastors, counselors, and veterans.
