I first started yoga as a compliment to my running practice as well as a support for anxiety. I completed my 200-hour teacher training with Todd Skoglund and David Vendetti at South Boston Yoga. My classes are playful and integrative, based in vinyasa flow and including aspects of insight meditation as well as other yogic traditions. Sometimes I’ll even play cello during savasana. Sequences are intentionally designed to be accessible for all levels of experience. You will leave feeling a healthier connection between your mind and body, as well as more compassion toward yourself!
