The compassionate and non-judgmental roots of Kripalu yoga are a foundational part of Erica’s classes along with the intention to increase awareness of body, breath and mind for students of all levels with respect for everyone’s unique journey. The healing benefits & integrative nature of yoga practices continue to inspire Erica to learn, grow, and share through teaching yoga.
