Priscilla-Anne Hensler is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which recognizes her completion of Yoga Teacher Training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS) affiliated with the highest worldwide yoga teaching standards.

Priscilla joined Yoga Alliance in May 2004 after completing her RYT 200 with Nicky Knoff in Cairns, Australia. She began teaching yoga in the year 2000 at local dance and gym studios in her hometown of Batemans Bay, following her professional surfing career on the World Championship Tour (WCT). Priscilla's journey into yoga commenced at the age of 19 when a friend returning from Los Angeles introduced her to the practice in 1991.

With over 30 years of personal yoga practice and more than 20 years of teaching experience, Priscilla, now in her early 50s, focuses on teaching restorative yoga with a strong emphasis on meditation blended with a Yin/Yang approach in her yoga teaching repertoire. Her extensive experience and dedication to yoga make her a valuable resource for students seeking a holistic and balanced approach to their practice.
