Debbie Woods is an Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) 500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Debbie has successfully completed extensive studies and holds certifications in Restorative Yoga and Therapeutics of Restorative Yoga (Judith Hanson Lasater PhD, teacher); Ayurveda Yoga Specialist (Katheryn Templeton, Himalayan Institute); Yin Yoga (Josh Summers, teacher); Yoga For Athletes (Sage Rountree, PhD, teacher); Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Reiki. She is the founder of Not Your Mothers Yoga™, a yoga program for high school and college athletes. She also the lead coordinator for a robust staff wellness program serving over 800 employees.
